Crofton Hall
This study developed a flexible phased development plan for a unique range of buildings on the former Crofton Estate. Using the spectacular Georgian Barn and Courtyard as the core of the scheme a variety of rural business units were envisioned based around the existing Thornby Moor Dairy utilising the existing buildings and later developing new ones as businesses became established. Simple 3D graphics helped to demonstrate the phasing opportunities for the site and later became the basis of the planning application drawings.
