Rod is a founding director of 2030. Through his leadership, strategic and organisational talent, the office has developed specialist expertise and a broad portfolio of interesting projects. His passion for sustainable design remains undiminished even after 30 years!
When not working he can be found walking with his two labradors, or out skiing and mountain biking with his family.
Tracey Hart
Associate Director
BSc(Hons) DipArch ARB RIBA
As an architect with over 25 years experience, Tracey is focused on sustainable design projects of varying scales. She is passionate about designing low energy and healthy buildings using natural materials and both traditional and modern construction methods.

Tracey loves walking on the fells with her two collies, and has been renovating her own dream home in the Lake District.
Zoe Webber

Zoe is inspired by the challenge of designing buildings that support human happiness, equity, and connectedness. With a background in masterplanning and strategic design she has expertise in larger scale projects which require a broader overview.
She relocated to the Lake District to be in the mountains and run on the fells.
Steve Henderson
Architectural Technologist

Steve has been part of the 2030 team since its inception, and prior to that worked with retired Founding Partner John Bodger and has been here in our office since 1987, so he’s part of the furniture!
His technical expertise and attention to detail ensure projects run smoothly.

Born and bred in the Lake District, Steve is passionate about hard rock music and travels the country to see live performances.
Neil Robinson
Architectural Technologist
BIM Coordinator

Neil specialises in architectural visualisations and detailed design of sustainable buildings. He is the practice BIM coordinator (information rich 3D modelling). His technical expertise has been developed working at a variety of scales on both domestic and commercial buildings.
He relocated to the Yorkshire Dales and loves country walks, as well as looking after his ducks.
